Andrew Soule finished building his T2 and took it for the maiden sail. Proas with shunting rigs can often be steered just by shifting your weight and he found this to be true with little need for his steering paddle. They managed to purposely fly the ama for a record 33 seconds. While the main hull is strip planked cedar, the ama is made from the front halves of a pair of Hobie 14 hulls joined together.
